We had a great stay at this brand, new property. the rooms were immaculate and provided a sense of privacy. the check, in and check, out process was quick and hassle, free. the location was easily accessible and offered convenience. the staff, although still undergoing training, were friendly and helpful. the hotel also had great facilities like a karaoke room and a casino for entertainment purposes.

The hotel could benefit from having more trained staff members to enhance the overall experience.

Understaffed & Untrained Staff due to the hotel being new, the staff seemed to be understaffed and lacked proper training in accommodating guest requests and providing necessary assistance. Although not a terrible experience, this could have been improved to enhance the guest's overall stay.
